InterDev is founded on a network of practitioners from developed and developing countries who have committed to providing content for the information service and running it.

Privileged partners are intermediary development support organisations that are able to identify and analyse local experiences and innovations, coordinate exchanges, and manage information. These organisations are:

• specialists in one or several of the development sectors covered in InterDev,
  
  
• actively involved in field actions,
  
  
• competent in information production and dissemination or at least interested in developing this activity,
  
  
• connected to Internet, and
  
  
• ready to invest in participating in the InterDev network.
