Network partners commit to contributing content to the information service.
The network members receive the methodology tools and software created
in the framework of the service and that let them:
- treat and make available to their working
groups information on their activities in the form of "experience
records" supplemented by auxiliary records (organisations, resource
persons, equipment and technology, multimedia documents, and bibliographic
data),
- contribute to disseminating, in their areas
of action, the information capitalised by the ensemble of the group,
- locally manage, if they wish, their own
information.
In exchange for their
commitment to participating in enriching the service, the partners have
access to the ensemble of information made available by the ensemble
of the service's co-producers, with the exception of the confidential
information of the thematic working groups to which they do not belong.
The partners also have the InterDev application whose functionalities
allow them not only to manage InterDev data locally or from a distance,
but also to create their own databases (experience records, directories
(individuals or organisations), picture libraries, etc.).
Use of InterDev tools
is contingent on payment of enrolment fees (the amount to be paid can,
under certain conditions, be modulated in function of the resources that
the organisation can mobilise and its level of contribution to the InterDev
service, notably in terms of data supply).
A "Interdev
Charter" has been established. The purpose of this document
is to define the rights and responsibilities of the people and organisations
that are InterDev information service members when it comes to the:
- the rules governing relationships between
partners for the use of the information service,
- the use of the software tools, and
- the production and use of the referenced
information. |
