About the Organisation
CTHT is an inter-professional association created in 2001 to follow up on French Development Cooperation’s farm support project. Its activities focus on supporting an upturn in horticultural crop exportation, from production to sale via processing. CTHT employs 15 people and provides its members with several services such as: technical and economic information, technique experimentation and adjustment, technical advice, training, commercialisation support (market information, market research, networking stakeholders within commodity chains, etc.), and participation in reflections on regulations applicable to the horticultural sectors (for example, standardisation, etc.). CTHT has a documentation and information centre that targets agriculture, food processing, and crafts.
