About the Organisation
IUED, the Graduate Institute of Development Studies, is an interdisciplinary university-level institute. It is dedicated to the study of development issues facing all societies and pays particular attention to economic, social, political, and cultural transformations in developing countries and to the relationships these countries entertain with developed countries, notably through international aid. Its missions are post-graduate level and continuing education, interdisciplinary research on sustainable and fair development, implementation of action plans for public and private stakeholders acting within the development field, and information and awareness-raising to promote sustainable and fair development issues within civil society.
